A project i got going with a friend of mine using light and a bit of clever photography. My friend is the one posing in the pictures and i was the one who took the photos and made the light, what you think?

There is loads, so here is only the best.

Thanks

most of the lights seem just a bit too messy
thats why i find these the most appealing:

Its the style of  the picture, the light source is only from a small LED light.

Yeh... never really seen this kinda stuff before, by that i meen the light on the people. Did you use a long exopsure? then move the LED over the person? Its really effective, id agree with Gamepr0 about the 2 best images tho Smiley

Yer you got it in a nutshell lol, whack the ISO to lowest setting 100 on mine, then turn the flash off and then take the picture, shutter stays oen for around 30-40secs run over the object with any light source, in my case an LED light, adjusting ght eangle of the light to get different effects. Its really good fun and its something different.

Yer haha, i dont see many photographers around the my area really, expecially with the extreme sports and stuff, people are ussually more interested in riding and what not than taking photos and film.

if your still active OR anyone else knows...
how do you do this?
im guessing
place camera on tripod on slow shutter speed
walk TO the person and put the light on them (which means you'll stand infront of them blocking them from the camera
therefore that bit leaves me wondering "if it is that then how come the camera doesnt capture the person pasting the light??"
also how does the light trick work?
does this mean it turns to an ultra high / ultra violet frequency wavelength which meens its too high for the human eye to see, meaning cameras capture ultra high / ultra violet light?

answer:
probably if you go very fast, with the light and move away when done AND put the camera at longest shutter time, you won't really see you.
