NOTE: i did not take these photographs i only enhanced / made it a hdr
i dont know the original photographer but yeah...
which is best?

(main difference is i removed the poolice boat from one and added a border and text)

without the boat it would have been better with more sky/less water.
top is best imo
is this a real HDR? did you HDR the shots? what did you do?

i know how do to HDR in photoshop but you didn't answer my questions :/
did you edit a HDR shot or did you merge 3 shots by another photographer?...

i done 3 shots by another photographer, bbut ive done it with one normal photograph before too, but it was as good

It can't be 3 different exposed shots merged into one. If so, the boats wouldn't be as sharp considering they're moving.
So was it photoshoped exposures?
